What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for a variety of activities to make sure business customers have a positive experience throughout their lending journey with us. This will involve following our prescribed lending journey to meet our customers needs, having great conversations, and providing knowledge and support to customers in the best way to help them do their banking.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, ideally gained in a telephony environment. You'll also be very well organised and have a keen eye for detail in your work.
