Electrical Qualified Supervisor

We have a new permanent role with a growing electrical compliance contractor as anElectrical Qualifying Supervisor (EQS)on apermanent basis. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where youll split your time between the office and site, ensuring electrical works across social housing are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. You'll be joining a fast-growing contractor in the social housing sector, known for itstrust-based culture, flexibility, and support for upskilling. Suitable applicants will have worked as either anElectrical Qualifying Supervisor, Supervisor, NICEIC QS, or Compliance Supervisorwithin social housing or a similar environment.
As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (EQS), you will be:

• Supervising electricians across social housing projects (high volume of rewires)
• Splitting time between theLeicester office and site visits
• Carrying outsite audits + desktop compliance checks
• Verifying test results, spot-checking works, and ensuring certification accuracy
• Checking calibration and accuracy of testing equipment
• Supporting engineers withtechnical guidance and problem solving
• Ensuring all works meethealth & safety and compliance standards
• Liaising with tenants where needed and keeping projects running smoothly

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Level 3 Electrical qualification
• C&G 2391 (or equivalent testing & inspection)
• Experience insocial housing(strongly preferred)
• Previous QS/ Electrical Qualifying Supervisor or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of compliance, certification & testing
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

This permanent role is offering:

• £45,000 £50,000 salary

Location & travel
