Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE Start Date: ASAP About the Role Due to exciting business expansion for one of our top clients, we are looking for a fluent German-speaking representative to join their team in Northampton. In this dynamic, dual-focused role, you will be the bridge between the brand and the customers. You will actively identify customer needs, manage sales opportunities, collaborate across departments, and help drive our new digital strategy forward. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management: Develop new sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls, and follow-ups. Guide customers through the sales process from initial lead to final closing, including providing accurate quotes and pricing. Customer Engagement: Explain and demonstrate product features and functions. Respond promptly and effectively to queries across phone, email, social media, and online chat. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align customer experience strategies, enhance brand awareness, and inform customers about new product releases. Customer Advocacy: Proactively identify customer needs, maintain positive experiences, log technical issues/feedback, and analyse customer responses to new product ranges.What We're Looking For Language Skills: Fluent/Native level German speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer experience, customer support, or sales role. Experience gathering and interpreting customer feedback is a plus! Tech & Phone Savvy: Proven experience handling high volumes of daily calls and emails with ease. Strong Numeracy: Excellent maths skills for accurate, speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
