Role SummaryYou will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and well-structured lessons, create a positive learning environment, and ensure all teaching meets College expectations as well as awarding-body and regulatory requirements. Alongside delivering excellent classroom practice, you will contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding standards of achievement, retention and progression. A strong commitment to professional development is essential to ensure an excellent learner experience
