A leading Insurance Broker in Birmingham City has a key new opening to join them as an Insurance Administrator assisting in their Account Handlers with all administrative duties.
This position is pivotal to the success of the business ensuring that Account Managers can focus on offering their clients the high level of service that this business is known for.
The support you will provide will cover all areas of their insurance requirements including recording claims information, preparing insurance renewals and collecting data to support the Account Handlers.
You will provide adhoc support to clients via email over the phone and in writing when required. You therefore must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. You will need to have proven administration experience ideally within an insurance environment however other similar environments will also be considered.
