Site Manager - Security Programme South Littleton (WR11 8TZ) £250-300/day PAYE or £355-360/day Umbrella

Hays is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a large-scale security upgrade project within a secure environment in South Littleton.Your New RoleYou will take responsibility for managing on-site delivery of construction works, ensuring that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and programmed within a secure, operational environment.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing subcontractors
\n
• Managing site operations, logistics, and workforce coordination
\n
• Ensuring compliance with strict security protocols and procedures
\n
• Working closely with stakeholders to maintain programme timelines
\n
• Supporting escorting requirements and secure access arrangements
\n

What You'll Need to Succeed

\n
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or similar environments
\n
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and site delivery
\n
• Ability to work within highly secure or regulated environments
\n
• Security clearance is highly desirable (flexibility may be considered depending on risk assessment)
\n
