Unqualified Science Teacher - What the Role Involves

Unqualified Science Teacher - What the School is Looking For
The ideal Unqualified Science Teacher will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university in a Science or STEM discipline. Previous child-centred experience in a UK educational setting is highly valued. The school is seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and committed Unqualified Science Teacher with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Science education.

Unqualified Science Teacher - Salary and Contract Info
  • Up to £600 per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Full-time, long-term contract from September 2026 to July 2027
  • Term-time only
  • Strong encouragement and support towards formal teacher training or extended contracts for high-performing staff
